Our services support prevention, early intervention and ongoing care.

Our Founder

Chaos to Calm was founded by Carmen — a Mindset Coach, Personal Transformation Mentor and wellbeing practitioner with lived experience of trauma, burnout, grief, illness and life transition.

Her journey through motherhood, mental health challenges, cancer and surgical menopause led her to develop a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the importance of accessible emotional support.

Today, Carmen leads Chaos to Calm with a clear mission:
To help people move from overwhelm to calm,
from survival to strength, from stress to clarity, from CHAOS TO CALM!
